We are currently running 2x 25m. Historically we've gone between 2 and 3 runs depending on current raid length / availabilities / toon requirements. There is no "A team" outside of stacking a group for "prog" of a new tier, mains generally will be prioed, though not without exception (tank prio, if toon is likely to be needed for future tiers progression, etc) which is general comp based more then anything else. Players are spread evenly throughout the raids and all aim to clear in a single night / fit into minimal nights where possible. Many of our players raid in both/all raids, having the desire and abilitiy to play a/multiple geared alts is highly advantageous, but not required. If at all possible, we try and let people main their prefered/desired specs for mains and alts, but we do have to fit people into a raid comp for prog, so if something doesn't quiet fit roster wise for prog, you can expect to be able to play it still as an alt.

Raids Times:

• Prog: Whatever we can/fits peoples schedules with the usual friday content drop, generaly this means raiding release day + any nights needed for the week. Potentially an afternoon start on the weekend.
• PTR: A few nights to be familiar with as much as possible prior to raid drop, no private servers, no day raiding (potentially an afternoon start if its open on the weekend)
• Farm: 25m POTENTIAL nights - Wed, Thur, Sun, Mon, Tue (raid minimal of these, currently Wed, Tue 25m, thur/sun/mon a spread of 10m's)

Requirements:

• A level head and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to communicate

What are we recruiting?:

• Really, any exceptional players of any spec/role should apply, will be plently of character changes for cataclysm so limimting to certain specs/rolls isn't neccesery, so if your a good player, drop us a message and apply
