About Us

• We are a long standing and steady guild that has been active prior to Classic and transferred to Firemaw at the end of TBC.
• We have a wide range of nationalities and a strong community.
• We're looking for experienced players who enjoy optimizing their classes and performance and enjoy progressing as part of a team.
• All content cleared week 1 for both teams on 10 & 25 man.
• No Speed runs. We support good parsing opportunities for runs and aim for smooth and efficient raids whilst tackling all Hard Mode options and Raid Achievements

Loot Distribution We utilize Loot Council. We use the RCLootCouncil addon with all members having visibility of decisions and rationale. Rewards are primarily based on attendance, loot history (to ensure fair distribution), performance and mentality towards the raid.

What do we expect of you

• ~90% attendance, with prior warning of any absence so that we can adjust accordingly.
• A working Microphone, that you are willing to use should there be a need for it.
• Maintain a knowledge of your class and seek to optimize your performance where possible
• Enjoy farm raiding and can commit throughout the phase.
