About Our Guild
< One Minute Warning > is a group of raiders that have been raiding together since phase 1 of World of Warcraft classic. Some of our raiders, even in todays current roster, actually leveled to 60 together. We were originally lead by Sisco on US-Thunderfury, under the guild name
< Army of the Dead >. After the great migration of players and guilds, we chose to take the leap as well, transfering to US-Whitemane in January 2022, just before the release of Phase 3 in TBC Classic. Along the way, we've always kept a strong core of raiders, while adding to our core group with like-minded individuals that want to be competitive, set some goals, slay some demons, and have a good time doing it. We run a relaxed raid group, but we do have a set of expectations for our core raiders and we all hold those expectations in high regard and seek to maximize our efforts in our given raid role. We take our raiding serious, but not too serious. At the end of the day, we all agree on our motto:

No individual is bigger than the guild

Loot
Transparent Loot List with priority driven council based on performance, class, and importance of the upgrade relative to others.

Expectations
We are looking for players that can make raid times, fit in with our community, come fully prepared to raid (knowledge and consumables). We do expect all of our raiders to optimize their class to the best of their ability and be open to criticism and make adjustments as needed- failure to do so may result in loss of raid position. Know how to read and what to look for on WCL for your class to best maximize your pump- we have experienced officers in most classes/roles that are happy to help We expect you to be polite, know what is and what is not appropriate conversation during raid times. Attendance rate during progression- We understand that real life comes first, but no notifications of raid absences will result in loss of core position. While we do expect everyone to play to the best of their classes ability , the goal is to have fun with friends while killing some bosses and having good times. Our intent is for raids not to feel robotic and sterile- but to be pushing fights and competing amongst ourselves/our class.
